Ohio Christian University welcomes new transfer students to the Residential Undergraduate Program (on-campus, residential). You are about to begin a journey that will change your life forever. We want to help make this transition as smooth as possible for you. We are here to connect you to answers to all your questions about transfer credits, financial aid, scholarships, and more.
As a new transfer student*, make sure you have done the following to begin your process of transferring to OCU:
- Submit your application
- Request your high school transcripts (if you have taken less than 12 college credit semester hours)
- Request your college transcript from the Registrar at your institution
- Submit your ACT or SAT scores
- Complete Minister's Reference Form
For more detailed information about Admission Requirements, please click here.
*You are considered a transfer student if you have obtained any college credit after high school. If you have obtained any college credit during high school through programs such as Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO), you may still receive credit toward OCU but will be considered a first-time freshman.
We want to help bring in as much credit as possible from your other institution(s) to your program at OCU. We are your advocate!
CLICK HERE for our growing list of course equivalencies. This is updated constantly. Please be patient with us as we work to input hundreds of course equivalencies into this database.
If you do not see your school or course listed, we still may be able to apply the course to your program. Please contact us for more information and to see if your courses will transfer.
